Cancellation Policy
- NO FEE if canceled more than 72 hours before the scheduled services commence.
- 50% cancellation fee if canceled within 24-72 hours of scheduled services commence.
- 100% cancellation fee if canceled with less than 24-hour notice before services commence.
Payment Policy
- We kindly request that all payments for pet sitting services be made in full before the scheduled first drop-in visit.
- For the convenience of our clients, we offer multiple payment methods, including cash, Venmo or Zelle.
Emergency Pet Care Policy
In the event of pet illness or other medical emergency and specified vet is unavailable, pet will be taken to closest vet. Client understands and agrees that attempts will be made to contact the Client in case of emergency and if Client is unreachable, 3 Sisters Pet Sitting has permission to authorize any care the vet deems necessary for pet’s health, safety and survival. Client agrees to reimburse 3 Sisters Pet Sitting for any additional fees and all costs relating to vet care during their absence, which may include x-rays, blood work, surgery and/or other expensive procedures.
Early Return Policy
More than 24-Hour Notice:
- If you provide us with more than 24-hour notice of your early return, you will receive a credit on your account for the unused portion of your scheduled visits. This credit can be applied to future services.
Less than 24-Hour Notice:
- If you provide us with less than 24-hour notice of your early return, you will be charged for the remainder of the visits scheduled for that day, but you will also receive a credit for any prepaid visits that were not completed. This credit can be applied to future services.
